John Straus joined Mathieson, Moyski, Austin & Co., LLP in 2014 with over twenty three years of public accounting experience. His practice emphasizes providing income tax planning and preparation services to closely held businesses, business owners, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations. He consults with business owners concerning various accounting issues; and provides auditing, review, and compilation services.

When not working, John enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. John is an avid fisherman, and competes in several fishing tournaments every year.
