Yes! Client data is encrypted by SafeSend and stored on secure servers managed by their parent company, cPaperless. Data access is restricted to authorized accounts. Decryption is inaccessible to unauthorized accounts.

We recommend using Google Chrome to access any SafeSend programs. Safari, Firefox, and Edge are also compatible with SafeSend.  Internet Explorer is strongly discouraged, as SafeSend does not work well within Internet Explorer.  Apple users may also have to download Adobe Reader instead of using the default reader on your Apple products.

For the best viewing experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop while operating SafeSend. You can access SafeSend on a mobile device or tablet, but we find clients have issues with viewing and operating the application when utilizing those devices.
