SafeSend Client Portal provides taxpayers with a dashboard to seamlessly manage all tax related tasks.
What is the SafeSend Client Portal?
The SafeSend Client Portal is designed to create a centralized location for previous tax returns, signing and reviewing current year tax return(s), send files, request files, and view documents previously uploaded by you or shared by your CPA through any SafeSend application. This client portal increases organization and efficiency for both our clients and our firm. Clients can view and access outstanding tasks, upload and download documents, pay vouchers, distribute K-1’s, and update personal settings.
SafeSend Client Portal Key Features:
Task List: Clients can see all the tasks from all SafeSend products. Tasks are organized on the page based on product type.
Document Repository: Clients can view, download, search, and sort all files exchanged between them and their CPA, including both received and uploaded documents.
Comprehensive Notifications: Clients can find notifications and reminders for tasks under the Notification Bell, which allows them to access and complete tasks directly by clicking on the respective reminders and notifications items.
Unified K-1 Distribution Page: Clients can view and distribute all entities requiring K-1 distributions on a single page.
Tax Payment Page: Clients can view and pay both estimated and tax payment vouchers for all returns and extensions in a centralized location.
Recent Activity Window: Clients can view and open their most recently accessed files or tasks.
Merge Multiple Email IDs: Clients can add multiple email IDs to their Client Portal account, enabling them to receive and view all tasks and documents sent by their CPA in a single Client Portal account.

- Go to https://mmaadvisors.ssportal.com/or click the Client Portals tab on our website.
- Enter your Name.
- Enter Your Email ID. – IMPORTANT: Please enter the email you use when operating SafeSend. Please contact us if you need to confirm the email address.
- Click Verify your email.
- Enter the Access Code sent to your email.
- Click Confirm once you’ve entered the access code.
- Create a 6-digit PIN in the Create PIN field. – IMPORTANT: Keep this PIN stored somewhere safe for your records, as you will need it to sign into your account each time you need to access your SafeSend Client Portal.
- Re-type the same 6-digit PIN into the Confirm PIN field.
- Click Create Account.
- You are now able to sign into your account with your email and PIN. SafeSend Client Portal requires an access code that is sent to your email

How do I add my spouse’s email to my SafeSend Client Portal?

- Login to your account.
- Click on Security Settings located on the left side of the portal.
- Under Merge Emails, you can add your spouse’s email address by typing in the box Add another email ID.
- Once you have typed your spouse’s email into the box, click the Add button to save the email ID.

FAQ
Can the Client Portal be accessed from my tablet or mobile device?
The Client Portal is currently not available on tablets or mobile devices.
Can I reset the email ID I use to log in?
You can reset your primary email in the security section of your Client Portal.
What if I forgot the email I used in the past to access my previous Tax Return(s)?
If you are unsure which email address was used, please contact our office to confirm.
Is using the Client Portal mandatory to complete tasks?
No, the Client Portal is not required to complete tasks. You can choose to access tasks from the Client Portal or you can access them from an individual task access link.
