Jennifer Grealish Banks joined Mathieson, Moyski, Austin & Co., LLP in September 2019 as the firm administrator. She leads the administrative team and manages human resources, facilities and operations and information technology. In addition to directing the day-to-day operations of the firm, Jennifer also works closely with the managing partner on firm policies. Prior to joining MMA Jennifer had over 13 years with other CPA firms in the northwest suburbs.

Jennifer currently lives in Palatine with her husband and two cats. In her free time, she likes to read and have game nights with her friends. She also enjoys live local music.
