René Powers started with Mathieson, Moyski, Austin & Co., LLP on December 1, 2022 as a part of the MMA/BPC merger. She has been with BPC for over 20 years, starting as an administrative assistant before became an Enrolled Agent in 2014. She has been preparing tax returns for clients for the last 8 years.

René has lived in the northwest suburbs of Chicago her whole life and currently resides in Lake County with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys camping and other warm weather activities.
